Shipping
We print and ship from the United States. We currently ship to United States addresses only.
Rates
- Flat $4.95 on every order
- Free shipping on orders of $55 and over
Times
Every item is made to order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery after that is typically 3 to 5 business days, so expect your order 7 to 10 business days after you place it. Drops and holiday weeks can add a few days.
Holiday cutoff
For delivery before December 25, order by December 15.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the print facility. Tracking can take 24 hours to start updating.
Split shipments
Orders with more than one item can arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost to you.
Wrong address
We can change an address before production starts. Once an order is in production we cannot. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will reship it once you confirm a corrected address, and you cover the reshipping cost.
Lost in transit
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email support@scrlrot.com and we will reprint or refund.
