Returns and refunds

Every SCRLROT piece is printed for you after you order it, so we do not hold stock. That does not mean you are stuck with something you do not want.

30 days

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item has to be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Email support@scrlrot.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship free of charge, or refund you in full. You do not need to send the item back.

Wrong size

Check the size guide before you order. If it still does not fit, return it within 30 days and we will refund the item price. We do not run exchanges, so place a new order in the size you want.

Refunds

Once we receive the return we inspect it and refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Not returnable

Items returned after 30 days, items that have been worn or washed, and gift cards.
