When do drops happen?

Thursdays at 6 PM ET. Sign up for drop alerts and you get them 60 minutes early. That is the only thing we send.

How long until it arrives?

Everything is printed after you order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days, delivery 3 to 5 after that. Most orders land within 7 to 10 business days.

What does shipping cost?

Flat $4.95, free over $55. United States only for now.

Will a sold-out design come back?

Sometimes. Anything that returns shows up in VAULT. Core pieces never sell out; they are made to order and stay.

Does the print crack?

Not if you wash it cold and inside out and tumble dry low. Direct-to-garment ink sits in the fibres rather than on top of them, so it fades with the shirt instead of peeling off it.

Front or back?

The design is on the back. The front stays clean. That is deliberate and it is not going to change.

Can I return it?

30 days, unworn and unwashed. Anything damaged, misprinted or wrong gets reprinted free, no return needed.
